HINESBURG DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD

PUBLIC HEARING

July 1, 2008

 

 

 

The Development Review Board will conduct a site visit to the Alan & Nancy Norris project on the south side of Route 116 south of the Village.  This visit will be at 7:00 p.m. and members and any interested public are requested to meet at the intersection of the Buck Hill Road and Route 116.

 

 

Immediately following this site visit the Board will meet in the Town Hall (7:30 or slightly thereafter) to conduct their regular meeting.

 

 

  1. A continuation of the Alan & Nancy Norris request for sketch plan approval of a proposed Planned Residential Development on the west side of Route 116 just south of the Village.  This project is in the current Agricultural District and will consist of 2 single-family homes, 2 duplexes, a 3-plex and a 4-plex.

 

  1. Approve the minutes of 6/17/08

 

  1. Vote on the Hinesburg Land Trust sketch plan proposal for their property on the west side of the Gilman Road.

 

  1. Vote on a request for an extension of sketch plan approval by Gary French for a project on Drinkwater Road.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Under Chapter 117 Title 24 of the Vermont State Statutes, participation in these proceedings is a prerequisite to the right to make any subsequent appeal.  In other words, you will lose the right to appeal the final decision unless you participate in the process.  Participation consists of offering, through oral or written testimony, evidence or a statement of concern related to the application being reviewed.  Oral testimony must be given at the public hearing.  Written testimony must be submitted prior to the close of a public hearing (preferably in advance of the meeting).
