- Reviewing materials from previous rural area
regulation revision efforts in 2000
- Assignments for developing subdivision scenarios
for sample parcels – including a walk-through of the process for one area.

Farm Worker
Housing Provision – Possible Zoning Revision
- Purpose: to
provide farmers greater flexibility to house employees without creating
new lots through the subdivision review process.
- Review draft 1 language based on research and
discussion at 3/26/08 meeting

Limits on
Expansion of Non-complying Structures – Possible Zoning Revision
- Purpose:
to set upper limits on expansions that make non-complying
structures even more non-complying – for consistency and greater fairness.

feedback, and discussion at 3/26/08 meeting
