NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
ON
PROPOSED
REVISIONS TO THE ZONING & SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS
SEPTEMBER
19, 2005
The Hinesburg Selectboard will hold a public hearing at the Hinesburg
Town Hall on Monday, September 19, at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment on
proposed changes to the following regulations: Zoning Regulations, Town of
Hinesburg, adopted November 7, 1972, as amended October 27, 2003; Subdivision
Regulations, Town of Hinesburg, adopted September 4, 1979, as amended October
20, 2003. The purpose of these changes
is to make minor technical corrections as well and to ensure compliance with
new State statutes (Title 24, Chapter 117) that become effective on September
1, 2005. The geographic areas affected
include all of Hinesburg.
Copies of the entire text with new language underlined and
deleted text under strikeouts, as well as a report on how the proposed changes
comply with the Town Plan, are available for review on the Town web site
(www.hinesburg.org) and at the Town Offices located on the corner of Route 116
and the Charlotte Road in Hinesburg, Vermont.
The Town Offices are open 8am to 4pm Mon., Tues., Thurs. and Fri., and
11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday. For
