| ARTICLE VI: Shall the voters of the Champlain Valley
Union High School District No. 15 appropriate Twenty Million, Seven Hundred Fifteen Thousand, Three Hundred Sixty
Two Dollars ($20,715,362) necessary for the support of its school for the year beginning July 1, 2008 and ending
June 30, 2009.

| ARTICLE VII: Shall the voters of the Champlain Valley
Union High School District No. 15 authorize the board of School Directors to borrow money by issuance of notes not
in excess of One Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Dollars ($197,000) for the purpose of purchasing two (2) school
buses.

| ARTICLE VIII: Shall the voters of the Champlain Valley
Union High School District No. 15 authorize the Board of School Directors to apply Two Hundred Seventy Five Thousand
Dollars ($275,000) of the school district’s fund balance to its Capital Projects Fund for the purpose of making
improvements to the auditorium and apply the remaining balance as revenue for future budgets.

Hinesburg's annual town meeting was held Monday March 3, 2008 in the auditorium of the Champlain Valley
