Kathleen Ramsay, George Severance, Jan Bedard, Mike Anthony, Stuart Pierson.
Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.
George Severance re: Application for Zoning Board of Adjustment Vacancy - Mr. Severance spoke with the Board of his interest in serving on the Zoning Board of Adjustment. He wants to support the Town and hopes the ZBA will try to maintain the character of the older homes in Town. George has been involved and will continue to help the Recreations Dept with its baseball leagues.
Lynn thanked Mr. Severance for his interest and stated they will notify him when a decision is made for the appointment.
Jan Bedard, Delinquent Tax Collector’s Budget Request - After discussion by the Board members on the decision to pay a salary or go with the 8% delinquent taxes collected as compensation, it was the consensus of the Board to have the delinquent tax collector’s pay continue as a salaried position.
Other Business:
Approve Warrants - John moved that the Board vote to approve the warrants for bills payable as presented by the Town Treasurer. Second by Jon and approved.
Lease Agreements/Hinesburg Elementary School/Former Patriot Lodge Property & Lyman Park/currently awaiting final drafts
Budget Overview
Selectboard Compensation/See Memo from Auditors - the budget will be changed to reflect the increase in Selectboard members compensation.
Cemetery Budget Proposal/$25,000, down $5,000 from $30,000 last year - 2 yr renewal signed with contract

Mike Anthony- The Highway Dept took delivery of the new truck and Mike stopped by so the Board could see the truck.
Correspondence from George Wachob re: Sidewalk/Bike Path - Rocky will get in touch with Mr. Wachob to let him know the Board recognizes the loss of trees and the Town will replace them.
Additions to the Agenda:
Vermont Chiefs of Police Legislative Luncheon/Tuesday, January 11, 2000 - Kathleen is still planning on accompanying Chris.
Jon moved the Board vote to adjourn at 8:25 p.m., second by John and approved.
