Commission Members Present: Jean Isham (Chair), Fred Haulenbeek (arrived at 7:50 p.m.), John Mace, George Bedard, Carrie Fenn, John Buckingham, Nancy Norris, Joe Iadanza.
Commission Members Absent: Will Patten
Also Present: David Spitz, Planning Consultant.
The meeting began at approximately 7:30 p.m.
Minutes of the February 19, 2003 Meeting:
John Buckingham MOVED to approve the minutes of February 19, 2003, meeting as corrected. Jean Isham SECONDED the motion. The motion PASSED 7-0.
Announcements and Citizens
to be Heard - none
Town Plan Revision Project:
David Spitz reviewed the procedures and topics for the March 10 Town Plan Forum. Carrie suggested that we have copies of maps of the Village area available to pass out.
April 21 Town Officers’ Education Conference discussed. Jean indicated that she would attend.
Zoning and Subdivision Regulation Changes:
Re: Sub-division regulations: Deleted simple parceling.
8.7(a) and (b) - worked on language clarification.
Did not change definition of re-subdivision.
Joe will work on 2.4.5(1).
