PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES

Commission Members Present: Jean Isham (Chair), Nancy Norris, Joe Iadanza, John Mace, Deb Howard, John Buckingham.
Commission Members Absent: Fred Haulenbeek, George Bedard, Carrie Fenn.
Also Present: Alex Weinhagen (Town Planner), Peter Erb (Zoning Administrator).
Zoning & Subdivision Bylaw Changes:
This was a specially scheduled work session to review draft 1 of the proposed Zoning and Subdivision Bylaw “housekeeping” changes.
The Commission continued its discussion of draft 1 of the proposed Zoning and Subdivision Bylaw changes. Peter Erb was present to provide feedback and suggest additional technical corrections. The Commission completed discussion of the Zoning Bylaw changes. Commission members will get comments on draft 1 of the Subdivision Bylaw changes to Alex by July 16. Alex will prepare draft 2 and distribute it in the next 2 weeks. Jean and Alex agreed that we should shoot for a public hearing on these changes at the August 20 or September 3 meeting.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 10:10pm.
