Attending the meeting: Rob Bast, Lynn Gardner, Andrea Morgante, Jon Trefry, Randy Volk, Dominic Cloud

Meeting called to order at 6:34 p.m.

Rob made a motion that the Board go into executive session with Dominic Cloud to discuss personnel issues. Seconded by Andrea and approved.

Rob made a motion that the Board come out of executive session. Seconded by Andrea and approved.

Rob made a motion that the Board vote to adjourn at 7:55 pm. Seconded by Andrea and approved.
