Meeting called to
order at 6:33 pm.
Rob made a motion
that the Board go into executive session with Dominic Cloud and Jeanne Wilson
to discuss personnel issues. Seconded
by Randy and approved.
Rob made a motion
that the Board come out of executive session.
Seconded by Randy and approved.
Rob made a motion
that the Board vote to adjourn at 8:15 pm.
