Four committee members were present as well as Jean Isham, Robert Bast and William Lippert.

Donna C. met with Tom McGlenn to discuss town global issues. She also talked at length with selectman Howdy Russell regarding the need to look into mandatory new development to have a certain number of affordable housing units in any development and to make these units designated as perpetual affordable housing.

Rob Bast reported that his letter to Vtrans has not had a response as of yet.

Bill Lippert also sent a letter regarding the delay of highway projects to the Secretary of Transportation, Dawn Terrill, hoping to get a reply soon.

A survey will be mailed to all residents in the near future regarding transportation needs, such as medical appointments or even shopping for groceries or pharmaceuticals.

Jean Isham from the planning commission spoke of the ongoing discussion on Village zoning regulations and changes.
