Committee Members Present: Carl Bohlen, Kellie Stoll, Lea Cassidy, Rocky Martin, Alan Norris, Donna Constantineau.

Also Present: Dale Wernhoff , Roz Gram and Andrea Morgante

The meeting came to order at approximately 7pm.

Our 1^st speaker was Roz Gram from the Town of Shelburne. Roz was involved in affordable housing projects in her town and talked to us about the process from start to finish. Roz was very detailed about their process and answered many questions. Currently Shelburne has completed 2 affordable housing projects and there is one in the works.

The 2nd guest speaker was Andre Morgante representing the Hinesburg Land Trust. Andrea gave a short background of the Land Trust to start then gave an in depth description of the 3.7million dollar Bissionette project. The Land Trust would like to include some affordable housing in the project if they are able. This is quite the confusing project so it took some time to explain and answer all questions.

Mike Landry has resigned from the Committee. His replacement will be Dale Wernhoff who has been regularly attending our meetings. The meeting was adjourned about 9:30pm.

Next Meeting –

January 18^th: Brian Pine, City of Burlington, will speak in favor of inclusionary zoning and how they adopted it in Burlington.

Tate Brooks will speak on behave of the Home Builders and Remodelers Associations against inclusionary zoning.

February 1^st : Chris Snyder of Snyder Homes will discuss AH projects from the “For Profit” side of the table.
