New Town Forest Planning Committee

MINUTES of October 16, 2008

Opening

The meeting of the New Town Forest Planning Committee was called to order at 7:30pm on October 16, 2008 in the Town Hall by Kristen Sharpless.

Public Forum

Stewart presented an outline for the forum to the group. Feedback was given.

We agreed that Matt and Stewart would provide drinks and cups and others would provide cookies or bars.

Susan will bring napkins.

Stewart will prepare signs to direct people to the correct entrance of the school.

Please be there at 6:15 – 6:30

Bonfire

We discussed having a bonfire on the land on December 6 that would be open to the public.

Next Meeting

Thursday, November 6

The agenda will focus on debriefing after the public forum.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:00pm.
