Selectboard Meeting

April 29, 2009

Attending the meeting: Jon Trefry, Andrea Morgante, Ken Brown, Randy Volk, Howard Russell, Scott Cameron, Chris Morrell, Pietro Lynn, Kathleen Patten and Jeanne Wilson

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. 

Ken moved that the Board vote to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing personnel matters. Seconded by Randy and approved.

Ken moved that the Board vote to come out of executive session.  Seconded by Randy and approved. 

Jon moved that the Board vote to adjourn. Seconded by Andrea and approved.

Meeting adjourned at 12:40 p.m.
