Selectboard Meeting

May 7, 2009

Attending the meeting: Jon Trefry, Andrea Morgante, Ken Brown, Randy Volk, Howard Russell, Steve Gutierrez, Barbara Brisson and Rob Bast

The meeting was called to order at 4:02 p.m. 

Ken moved that the Board vote to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing personnel matters. Seconded by Howard and approved.

Ken moved that the Board vote to come out of executive session and adjourn.  Seconded by Andrea and approved. 

Meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
