Selectboard Meeting

May 13, 2009

Attending the meeting: Jon Trefry, Andrea Morgante, Ken Brown, Randy Volk, Howard Russell and Jeanne Wilson.

The meeting was called to order at 4:03 p.m. 

Andrea moved that the Board vote to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing personnel matters. Seconded by Howard and approved.

Andrea moved that the Board vote to come out of executive session and adjourn.  Seconded by Ken and approved. 

Meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
