Selectboard Meeting

May 28, 2009

Attending the meeting: Jon Trefry, Andrea Morgante, Ken Brown, Randy Volk, Howard Russell and Attorney Scott Cameron.

The meeting was called to order at 4:03 p.m. 

Howard moved that the Board vote to go into executive session with Attorney Cameron for the purpose of discussing personnel matters. Seconded by Ken and approved.

Ken moved that the Board vote to come out of executive session.  Seconded by Randy and approved.

Howard moved that the Board vote to sign a response letter to the Burlington Free Press.  Seconded by Ken and approved.

Howard moved that the Board vote to adjourn at 6:15 p.m..  Seconded by Ken and approved.
