Selectboard Meeting

September 24, 2009

Attending the meeting:  Jon Trefry, Andrea Morgante, Howard Russell, Ken Brown, Jeanne Wilson, Fred Silber and Attorney Lambek via conference call. 

Meeting called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Chair Jon Trefry. 

Andrea moved that the Board vote to go into executive session to discuss legal and personnel issues. Seconded by Ken and approved.

Ken moved that the Board vote to come out of executive session. Seconded by Howard and approved.

Ken moved that the Board vote to authorize the Board Chair to clarify details of the severance agreement between Officer Kim Moore and the Town with Attorney Lambek, and to further authorize the Board Chair to sign the completed agreement. Seconded by Howard and approved.

Howard moved that the Board vote to adjourn at 7:00 pm. Seconded by Ken and approved.
