This was a special meeting of the Planning Commission for a single agenda item. Carrie called the meeting to order at 6:30pm.

Wind NRG Partners, LLC - Waiver Request:

Johanna MOVED that the Planning Commission waive the 45-day notice period required under 40 VSA Section 248 for the Wind NRG Partners application to the Public Service Board to amend its certificate of public good in order to add 26 pole mounted solar trackers to its existing 36-tracker facility. Tim SECONDED the motion. The motion PASSED 5-0.

The meeting adjourned.
