VSC Members Present: Michael Buscher, Brian Busier, Rolf Kielman, Aaron Kimball, Jane Starkweather, Dona Walker

VSC Members Absent: George Dameron

Also Present: Kathy Busier. Maggie Gordon

Only one agenda item for this meeting.

1) Lot 15/ Hannaford Proposal Discussion. The committee has drafted a letter to the Select Board outlining the committee's input on this proposal. As a group we reviewed the letter and site plan drawings that have been drafted showing an alternate development view of the lot based on recommendations from the official Hinesburg Town Plan.

Meeting adjourned and we joined the Selectboard meeting downstairs.
