Meeting Minutes
November 2, 2011
Committee Members Present: Rocky Martin, Julie Pierson, Bruce Wheeler, Carl Bohlen, George Bedard, and Dale Wernhoff
Also Present: Brett Grabowski
The meeting came to order at approximately 7:10 p.m.
Lyman, Milot (Kinney Drugs) Project/Creekside Development: Brett Grabowski, developer for the Kinney Drugs and Creekside projects, updated us on the current status of the affordable housing component of the Kinney Drugs project and his potential plans for the property north of the Creekside project.
Reviewing HAHC Mission Statement: The Select Board requested all town committees to review their respective Mission Statements and get back to them with any revisions.
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:55 p.m.
Next Meeting: December 7th – Finish reviewing Mission Statement; possible presentation from Efficiency Vermont
