The Director of Planning and Zoning works with the Planning Commission, reviews applications for the Development Review Board (DRB), assists applicants, and works on general community planning projects. The Zoning Administrator issues zoning permits for new construction, assists permit applicants and reviews applications for the DRB. The Assistant manages the Development Review Board's schedule, records minutes at DRB meetings, assists permit applicants, and reviews applications for the DRB.
