2010 Community Calendar
Order Deadline: December 1, 2009 Calendar pick up: Begins December 9, 2009 Cost: $15 – half goes for printing and half to Hinesburg charity of your choice (see list below) To Place An Order: Contact Alex Weinhagen at Town Hall (2nd Floor) - hinesburgplanning@gmavt.net or 482-3619 or stop by Town Hall. Please indicate the number of calendars you would like and your Hinesburg charity selection along with your name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address.

Want to help raise additional funds this “giving season” for one of the local charities listed above? Spread the word about the calendar. Consider sending out an e-mail blast to your group’s membership and/or donor list, along with your own personal e-mail address book. Tell folks to visit the Town website (www.hinesburg.org) for ordering information, and encourage them to select the charity that you’re supporting. Similar to the "Hinesburg Hats" fundraiser of a few years back, calendar sale proceeds will be donated to Hinesburg charities after printing costs are covered. Beyond the calendar, the pool of digital images submitted will also become a lasting community snapshot to be used in a variety of ways — e.g., slideshow for Town Meeting and events, photos for the Town website, imagery for the newly revised Town Plan (due in 2010) and other municipal publications.
