Zoning Compliance Statement Application
Submit if you would like the Zoning Administrator to research whether a property has all its required permits (building permits, certificates of occupancy, etc.). This search is frequently required by mortgage lenders when a property is sold.
Zoning Permits
Many types of land development require a zoning permit (e.g., new structures, additions, change of use, etc.). See the instructions document below for details. Application forms for the most common types of zoning permits are available below.
