This project went through a three-step review process (sketch, preliminary, and final review) with Hinesburg's DRB.
January 4, 2022 – sketch plan approval granted by the DRB
May 3, 2022 – preliminary plat approval granted by the DRB
June 21, 2022 – final plat review DRB public hearing
July 19, 2022 – final plat approval granted by the DRB
