Start of construction possible in 2023 - pending State permitting.

Project Schedule

Major subdivisions go through a three step review process with the Development Review Board (DRB) – i.e., sketch, preliminary, final. The DRB holds separate hearings and issues a separate decision at each of these three steps.

  • April 27, 2015 – conceptual sketch plan approved by DRB
  • December 6, 2016 – preliminary plat application denied by DRB
  • February 21, 2017 – revised sketch plan approved by DRB (approval subsequently expired)
  • July 16, 2019 – revised sketch plan approved by DRB
  • January 16, 2020 – preliminary plat application received; applicant works with staff to make necessary revisions
  • September 15, 2020 – DRB begins preliminary plat review
  • February 16, 2021 - preliminary plat application approved by DRB
  • February 2, 2022 - revised sketch/preliminary plan application submitted for full build out (i.e., no longer any phasing)
  • April 19, 2022 - revised sketch/preliminary application approved by DRB
  • May 27, 2022 - initial final plat application materials received, with caveat that revisions to be submitted
  • August 19, 2022 - revised final plat application materials received
  • October 4, 2022 - conditional use review for development in a flood hazard/fluvial erosion and stream setback area begins
  • November 1, 2022 - subdivision final plat review begins
  • January 3, 2023 - conditional use reviews begins for the multifamily residential lots #52 and #70.
  • January 17, 2023 - the final plat application, the conditional use application for development in a flood hazard/fluvial erosion and stream setback areas and the conditional use applications for the multifamily residential lots #52 and #70 are closed for deliberation.
  • February 21, 2023 - approvals for the four applications closed on January 17, 2023 are granted.
