November 3rd, 2009 — Town Election Results

ARTICLE I: Shall the voters of the Hinesburg Town School District authorize the Board of School Directors to issue general obligation bonds or notes in an amount not to exceed Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000), subject to reduction from available state construction grants-in-aid and appropriations, for the purpose of financing the cost of making certain public improvements, viz: renovations, of the school's 1969 Classroom Wing, replacement of a portion of the school's roof and extending sprinkler protection to remainder of building, the aggregate estimated cost of such improvements being the District's bonded indebtedness for such purpose estimated to be Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000), State funds may not be available at the time these projects are otherwise eligible to receive state school construction aid. The District is responsible for all costs incurred in connection with any borrowing done in anticipation of state school construction aid.
